Winson and his family of six have resided in Fort Washington, PA since 2013. They are proud members of the Upper Dublin community and enjoy participating in the various UD community and sports programs. Winson is passionate about serving underserved in healthcare and education at a local and international level. He participates in international medical mission trips and is on the education advisory council to Bloom India, an international nonprofit organization that advocates for underprivileged children.
Winson holds a medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He currently serves as the Associate Program Director of the Bryn Mawr Family Practice Residency Program and is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the medical colleges of Temple and Thomas Jefferson Universities. He is also the Medical Director at Haverford College.

Adam resides in Abington with his wife Lisa and, after relocating from Denver, Colorado, has lived in the greater Philadelphia area since 2013. He loves playing with his four young daughters, indulging in good books, movies, and music, and rooting for his favorite sports teams. Adam is also an accomplished photographer.
Adam has spent his entire career as a communications professional in the education field. He has provided extensive and effective strategic communication, brand management and culture-change support to schools and school districts nation-wide both as an employee and a consultant. Adam currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Internal Communications for the School District of Philadelphia.

Soby, her husband, and their three children live in Willow Grove, PA. For over a decade, Soby and her family have dedicated themselves to supporting the North Hills community. In the past she has served as a lead liaison and volunteer coordinator at the North Hills Community Center. Soby is deeply committed to nurturing and valuing the children and families of North Hills, fostering meaningful connections along the way. Soby has also served as the Sunday School director at Seven Mile Road Church in Philadelphia.
Holding a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, Soby has spent the majority of her career working with children at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Currently, she plays an essential leadership role in overseeing operations for CHOP’s Occupational Therapy department. Through her professional work and community involvement, Soby remains steadfast in her mission to enrich the lives of children and make a positive impact on those around her.

Her career began as a High school teacher and coach, followed by over two decades as a representative and leader in the educational technology field providing school districts with solutions to their unique needs.
Jeannine has anchored her career in education with a bachelor’s degree in education from Millersville University and a Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. she has consistently worked as a volunteer serving children as a coach, a school board member in Springfield Township, and as a member of the North Hills Collective Board. She is the proud parent of three amazing children and resides in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. She enjoys photography, Philadelphia sports events, and spending time with her friends and family.

Mike began his higher education career in 1998 as an Admission Counselor at Wentworth Institute of Technology. He also served as Assistant Director of Admissions at Northeastern University before transitioning to Haverford College in 2001. During his 11 years at Haverford, Mike held several roles including Senior Associate Director of Admission and Director of Multicultural Recruitment. In 2012 Mike “switched sides of the desk” and spent 5 years at Friends’ Central School as Co-Director of College Counseling. In 2017 Mike returned to college admissions, joining Drexel University as Associate Dean and Director of Undergraduate Admissions. Mike was named Dean at Drexel in 2019. Most recently, from 2023-2025, Mike served as Vice President for Enrollment Management at Ursinus College. Mike also has a keen interest in the representation of college admissions in media and popular culture.

She also coaches communication strategies for business startups.
Her twin passions are economic development, and extending the rule of law for people who are vulnerable to violence.
She has worked as the communications director for a nonprofit with teams in 26 countries, university adjunct lecturer, and event planner. She is an experienced economic and community development advocate and sought-after public speaker.

Currently serving as a school counselor at the School District of Philadelphia, Alexis provides comprehensive guidance programs, offering individual and group counseling services that support academic and personal development. With expertise in program implementation, student advocacy, and community collaboration, Alexis works closely with administration, parents, teachers, and external organizations to ensure students reach their full potential.
Beyond counseling, Alexis is a Certified Mindfulness Trainer and Life Coach, equipping both youth and adults with strategies for emotional well-being, resilience, and personal transformation. As a founder of nonprofit organizations, Alexis has played a pivotal role in community development, youth empowerment, and educational equity. Her leadership in nonprofit initiatives has provided resources, mentorship, and opportunities to underserved communities.

Sue Noble

Sue and her husband, Mark, have resided in Fort Washington, Upper Dublin, for 30+ years. They have raised three children in this community, who all graduated from the Upper Dublin School District, and have been involved in various ways, supporting their children and activities. Sue and Mark were especially active in the Upper Dublin Marching Cardinals, where Sue ran the program’s hospitality initiative and Mark was a board member.
After getting her BS in Education from West Chester University, Sue went to work in the family business – a small personal care home in Upper Dublin where they cared for individuals who struggled with mental health. Sue was a licensed administrator at that facility for 20 years. After changing careers, Sue returned to education with a desire to support students. For the past 7 years, Sue has worked in the Abington School District. She currently works at the elementary level, supporting the K-5 math curriculum. This position has helped further her understanding of students’ individual needs and deepened her appreciation for education within diverse communities. Sue’s greatest passion is caring, supporting, and helping others.

Keith was born and raised in Dresher, PA, and had the privilege of experiencing an Upper Dublin school district education firsthand. After working in Orlando, FL, for a time, he had the opportunity to relocate back to the Northeast and purchase his childhood home. He is enjoying Upper Dublin all over again through his children’s eyes. Keith, his wife, Amy, and their three children are passionate about music and the performance arts. Keith is a veteran stage performer and nationally recognized vocalist. Over the past fifteen years, his production company, Enspire Productions, has produced countless culturally-relevant concert programs and helped raise funds for student education and organizations such as The Father Center, The Peace Center, and First Tee. Currently, Enspire is focused on producing performances that highlight the African American cultural experience.
Keith holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an MBA from Penn State’s Smeal College of Business. He currently serves as Vice President of Customer Success for Corcentric, a leading procurement and finance solution provider. He also serves as Vice President of the board for Bristol Riverside Theatre, a professional regional theatre in Bucks County.

Siby was raised in Philadelphia and currently resides in Willow Grove with his wife, Stephanie, and their two young children. He is a die-hard Eagles fan, loves the four seasons of the Northeast, and enjoys working with his hands in his spare time under the observation of his kids. Over the past 15 years, Siby has successfully launched and run businesses and has helped co-found and lead various non-profits that have focused on youth engagement, community service, and other initiatives that have had local, national and global reach.
Siby holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Valley Forge and a Master’s Degree from Westminster Theological Seminary. He currently serves as pastor at Seven Mile Road Church of Philadelphia where his responsibilities include community engagement, preaching, theological development and shepherding care.
